It’s Getting Cold

Autumn in New England is like no other place in the world. This is the only place where you have to scrape the ice off of your windshield in the morning, drive to work with the heat on in your car and then on the way home, have to have the air conditioner on…
Temperatures greatly vary here during the month of October. One day it can be 70° and then you can wake up to 20° the next morning.
We are currently in that trend right now. Last week, we had temperatures in the mid-70’s and on Monday of this week, we woke up to a temperature of 24°…
This may come as a shock to some, but to us TRUE New Englander’s, this is the norm.
After the brutal Winters of the past two years, we are hoping for a break this year, even though with El Nino, it does not look like this is going to happen.
So everyone, gas up the snow blowers, check the anti-freeze in your vehicle and put another log on the fire, because another New England Winter is on it’s way.
